In this title, Krystal Sae Eua will cover essential tips for a character artist in the film and commercial VFX industry. Over the following chapters, she will demonstrate the time-management techniques she uses on a day-to-day basis. She will also go through her personal workflow for creating a production-ready asset that is clean and suitable for rigging and texturing. Krystal will go over body proportions, anatomy, sculpting, and retopology. She then covers costume modeling workflows from Marvelous Designer to Maya. Next, she will move onto how to make proper UVs and sculpting detailed pores using hi-res displacement textures. Finally, she will go over how to bake displacement maps from ZBrush and how to plug them in for final presentation using Arnold renderer.
